These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Auton4n (“the Service”), operated by three23(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Auton4n is a subscription-based automation service that connects to your Notion workspace and reschedules recurring tasks on your behalf. The Service requires a valid Notion account and OAuth authorization to function.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- One person may not maintain more than one free account. Accounts are non-transferable.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are displayed on the pricing page.
- Credits are allocated at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of the period.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access and credits until then.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused credits, except where required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe’s terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service.
- Use the Service in a way that could impair, disrupt, or overburden its operation.
5. Notion Integration
The Service accesses your Notion workspace only with your explicit authorization via OAuth. We read and update only the databases and pages you connect. You may revoke access at any time from your Notion integration settings or from your Auton4n account. Revoking access will disable your workflows.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, Notion API outages, or other factors outside our control may affect workflow execution. We are not liable for missed task rescheduling due to service interruptions.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by three23 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your Notion data remains yours — we claim no ownership over it.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or operate error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, three23 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your workflows will be deactivated and your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and by posting a notice in the app at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick.
